The ribbon was cut at the Fava Tea Company on Thursday, March 7.

Many business owners turned out Thursday afternoon to enjoy a rare sunny winter day while welcoming Fava Tea Company and owner Karen Sleger to the Brookfield business community.
The shop is only the second in the Milwaukee market for the Wisconsin-based franchise.
Mayor Steve Ponto was on hand, and congratulated Sleger for choosing Brookfield, calling it the perfect area for the new business.
Fava Tea Company is located in the Plaza at Calhoun and Bluemound Road.
