Brookfield East won a penalty kick shootout 4-2, after the Spartans and the Whitefish Bay Blue Dukes ended regular game play tied at 2-2.
With the Division I sectional finals win in the match played Saturday night at Brookfield Central, Brookfield East now heads to the WIAA State Tournament for the third consecutive year.
