Gundrum Appointed to Court of Appeals in Waukesha

Gov. Scott Walker has appointed Waukesha County Circuit Judge Mark Gundrum, a former longtime Republican state legislator, to serve as an appellate court judge.
Gundrum, who replaces Appellate Judge Daniel P. Anderson, will have to run for election in April to the District II Court of Appeal based in Waukesha.
Gundrum served in the state Assembly from 1999 until April 2010, when he was elected to the circuit court bench defeating Rick Congdon, who had been appointed by Democratic Gov. Jim Doyle.
“Judge Gundrum will treat the citizens of Wisconsin with respect, act fairly and be a blind arbiter of justice,” Walker said. “The tremendous amount of support from the community coupled with his outstanding legal education and experience make Judge Gundrum a perfect match for the Court of Appeals.”
Gundrum has a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and has served in the U.S. Army Reserve since 2000, serving in Iraq in 2008.

Gov. Walker understands the importance of seating a Judge on the Districts Court of Appeals - that will rule on the basis of the State of Wisconsin Constitution and or US Constitution. The "interpretations" of Law by Liberal minded Judges leave the Citizens and Legislators of this State open to corruption and un-just rulings that support the interests of the latest popular ideals. But as you fear Kim, I doubt that Judge Gundrum will base his decisions to rule on any Case in favor or support of Gender Confused individuals just because of the latest Dancing with the Stars fad !

Gundumb : Same Guy who wanted the taxpayers in Menomonee Falls to pay for his girl friend police officers and fellow Guard member difference in wages because she was deployed months after signing up in the guard , This single mother with a new big home making 60 k wanted more $$$$ and Gundrum was championing her cause.
