Man Warned About Indecent Acts in Capitol Drive Lot
Suspicious pickup truck driver admits to watching women in the shopping center parking lot, police say.
Brookfield police on Monday warned a 52-year-old man to stick to shopping after he admitted to masturbating surreptitiously in his pickup in a Capitol Drive parking lot.
Police were called at 2:18 p.m. about a suspicious orange pickup truck with large wheels that reportedly was slowing following and talking to women in the parking lot of Shoppers World at North 124th and Capitol Drive, police reports said.
According to reports:
One woman said she had seen him driving around five or six times.
When police approached the man, he admitted to looking at and sometimes masturbating in his truck. He had no prior record and police warned him to never return there unless he was going to legitimately shop at the complex, which includes a Pick 'n Save and Office Max.

Not really a laughing matter. A person like this could very well escalate. Once the "thrill" of masterbation is gone he'll escalate to groping, flashing and may very well attempt rape. This isn't someone who is being hysterical or overly dramatic. I went to school for psychology and criminal justice with the intent to some day be a criminal profiler and these are the early crimes and behaviors that are later identified after one of the above escalations occur. I truly hope the police keep an eye out for this man in public places.
