Sikh Community Candlelight Vigil
The Sikh community held a memorial service followed by a candlelight vigil to commemorate the victims of the Newton, Conn. shooting.
The Sikh Gurdwara in Brookfield held a memorial service and a candlelight vigil on Saturday evening commemorating the victims in Newton, Conn. Over 50 members of the Sikh community participated in the Vigil on Saturday evening. Organizers planned the event via e-mail throughtout the day following the events on Friday.
