Don't like paying full price for anything? How about free, especially when it comes to the summer's biggest gig?

Culver’s restaurants in the Milwaukee area are teaming up with Kapco, Inc. to provide free tickets to 2012 Summerfest for kids 13 years of age and under. 

Tickets can be used for admission between the hours of noon and 3 p.m. daily. The number of tickets is limited and are available while supplies last at local participating Culver's restaurants, including the Brookfield Culver's locations at 3705 N. 124th St. and 21300 W. Capitol Dr.

It doesn't appear that you are required to purchase an item to receive the ticket. But it is hot and Culver's has frozen treats....
