Fish fries are always popular in Wisconsin, and everyone has a favorite.
But there is no time for a fish fry like Lent, which began this week.
We'd like to know where your favorite spot is for a Friday night fish fry. Give us a suggestion in the comments section below, and we'll feature that spot in a poll on Monday.

Silver Spur is in Elm Grove...I think Red Rooster and Gyro's West are Waukesha, and Alioto's is in Wauwatosa. Red Mill is still pretty good, and I was pleasantly surprised last night by Applebee's on Bluemound and Barker ... $10.99 for all you can eat. But that may be Town of Brookfield? Make sure you list the sides that have with because that makes a difference, too!

Town of Brookfield is OK, and I'm going to put Silver Spur in the poll from Elm Grove. Because there are so many places in Brookfield and Elm Grove to get fish fry, I'm going to leave others other the border in Tosa, Wauk, Pewaukee, etc, out. But people can DEFINITELY promote them in the comments and I'll put an "other" in the poll.

North Star American Bistro is excellent. Though it's not in Brookfield, but still close by, the Pacific Bistro in Delafield has an AWESOME fish fry!
