Master Chan Lee, the Bully Expert from Milwaukee’s own JK Lee Black Belt Academy, is teaching St. John Vianney students age-appropriate verbal anti-bullying skills over the course of four sessions. According to the American Justice Department, one out of every four children is bullied. Recently, a staggering 77% of surveyed U.S. students reported being mentally, verbally, or physically bullied.  In Master Chan Lee’s program, students learn that self confidence, assertive body posture and facial expressions are important bullying deterrents. Master Chan Lee also teaches kids important verbal tactics that allow kids to use phrases to calmly and effectively deflect bullies.
