Wisconsin's 25 Victory Centers Honor Troops with Care Packages
On September 11, volunteers from the Republican Party of Wisconsin's 25 victory centers congregated to stuff care packages for troops deployed in Afghanistan. These dedicated volunteers put together more than 100 care packages to send overseas.
