Camping Out With the Brookfield Fire Department

Dozens of families camped out overnight at Wirth Park, enjoying games and demonstrations by the Brookfield Fire Department.

Tents lined Friday for the annual Family Camp Out. Up to 200 families can register to camp in tents overnight and enjoy games, a bonfire and a "Dive-In Movie" at Wirth Aquatic Center at dusk.

Among the educational entertainment: the Brookfield Fire Department showed off its life-saving equipment to children and adults.
