Catholic Memorial's Pat Farrell is Retiring after 40 Years

Pat Farrell, associate principal for student life at Catholic Memorial High School in Waukesha, will retire Jan. 1, 2013 and events will be held next fall to honor his four decades of service.

Associate Principal Patrick Farrell will retire after more than 40 years at the school, the school announced Friday.

Farrell, who will retire effective January 1, 2013, started at CMH as an English teacher in 1972 and over four decades served as a teacher, coach, administrator and advocate for students. He now serves as associate principal for student life, and some of the families with whom he started are now on their third generation at the school.

Farrell plans to focus in his final semester and in retirement on CMH’s new Academic Resource Center and the soon-to-be established Learning Commons, ensuring its future success through philanthropy.
