Rain or Shine, Plaza Centre Stage Concerts Play On
The Plaza Centre Stage Concert Series offers live music at noon Wednesdays as well as some evening concerts throughout the summer.
Despite an on and off drizzle on Wednesday afternoon, the Plaza Centre Stage Concert Series went on at noon as scheduled.
"Special K" Kevin Kennedy sang at the Wednesday concert, as listeners danced along — many under tents for shelter in case of wet weather.
Concerts are offered at noon Wednesdays at the city center, 2000 North Calhoun Rd., and a lineup of singers and genres can be found on the city's website.
