8-Twelve Restaurant to Change Name, Dropping Braun's Connection

Change is coming to 8-twelve MVP Bar & Grill after the announcement this summer that Milwaukee Brewer Ryan Braun admitted to using performance enhancing drugs.
SURG Restaurant Group has decided to drop Braun's connection to the restaurant, including changing the name, according to WISN.com. The organization believes the value in Braun's name has gone down since the announcement.
The restaurant has been open for just more than a year, launching in August 2012, and a second location was planned in the Bayshore Mall in Glendale.
