The Pack isn't in the Super Bowl but you can still have fun and give Brookfield businesses some love on the big day.

I know. The BIG game today doesn't feel so big without the Packers and MVP Aaron Rodgers. But... you don't want to miss the commercials.

Cara Cara, Blood Orange and Avocado Salsa

Ingredients:
    4 Cara Cara Oranges, sectioned and chopped

3 Blood Oranges, sectioned and chopped
¼ cup red onion, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
1 tablespoon jalapeno, minced
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 avocado, peeled and diced.

Tortilla chips

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss gently. Serve
