The Brookfield Farmers Market runs from 7:30 a.m. to noon on Saturdays from May 5 through Oct. 27. The third Saturday of the month is vendor day. The market is held in the Civic Plaza next to City Hall, 2000 N. Calhoun Rd.
New vendors, such as sellers of Italian sausages, were added to the 2012 season.
