An extended stay Hilton Hotel is proposed in the Town of Brookfield on Larry Court, which is slightly north of West Bluemound Road and across Interstate 94 from Texas Roadhouse.
The Town of Brookfield Plan Commission expects to set a public hearing during its meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday for the rezoning of the properties to allow the hotel to be built.
The hotel is proposed to have 107 rooms in the Hilton’s Home2Suites extended stay design.

The $11 million project could be completed in spring 2016, according to Brookfield Now.
