The lawsuit was filed this month by Securant Bank & Trust in Brookfield against Chmura’s company, BC Property Investments.
The suit alleges that BC Property is in default on a business loan by $717,096. The bank is seeking the full payment, plus accruing interest from Sept. 26 until the final amount is paid.
Chmura, of the Town of Genesee, filed for bankruptcy for his BC Pabst Holdings company in early 2012, along with fellow developers Sonny Bando and Matt Chmura, according to The Business Journal.
While Chmura is owed $150,000 by BC Pabst Holdings, the company also owes $4.5 million to CRE Ventures, according to a bankruptcy posting.
Chmura does not have a listed phone number and an attorney is not yet shown in court documents.
Chmura played for the Packers from 1993 to 1999. In 2000, he was charged with sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl, but was found not guilty.
