Stalled Capitol Drive Project About to be Jump-Started

A Capitol Drive retail office project approved 10 years ago could finally come to life.

The Business Journal reports that a new developer is buying the property near the intersection of Capitol Drive and Calhoun Road. Brookfield OK’d the project in 2003, but the original developer, Venture Development, was foreclosed. Pewaukee-based Tendick Business Group plans to buy the land from Anchor Bank, according to the report.
