Time to Hit the Spa

This week's Patch Picks lists five spas to visit in the Brookfield area that will help almost anyone of any age find relaxation and well-being. Pampering the body is one of the key ways to overcome stress or pressures in life.

1. Azana Salon and Spa – 200 N. Moorland Rd., Brookfield

One of the largest spas in the Brookfield area — a 9,000-square-foot facility spread over two levels. The second level has 10 treatment rooms, a shower and locker area, and a cafe for spa lunches. Urszula has created seven spa packages that are based on the most sought-after body treatments within various price points. One of the packages, called “Day of Indulgence,” is a seven-hour session that includes a herbal body wrap, a hot stone massage, a firming facial, a deluxe manicure, all topped off with a gourmet lunch.  Since 1993, this Aveda Lifestyle Salon & Spa has offered spa treatments. Neroli's offers several spa treatment packages, and they can be purchased in a series of six for a savings of ten percent. Some of the special treatments include a Green Science anti-aging facial, a Neroli spa pedicure and a Signature massage. The spa uses Asian-inspired treatment rooms. This spa offers four spa packages. One of the premium packages is called “Revitalization Day.” This package is an hour-long massage with herbal body treatments, followed by lunch and then a facial and make-up application, and a thermal hand bath and pedicure.
