Editor's note: The following information was provided by a press release from Waukesha State Bank.

Waukesha State Bank announced it is breaking ground for its new Brookfield Office at 8 a.m. Aug. 1. The new office will be located at 18300 W. Capitol Dr., and will replace its current office that is located less than one mile west at 19265 W. Capitol Dr. The office is scheduled to open early spring 2014.

"We're pleased we can build a larger office that will better meet the needs of our customers, while only moving down the street less than one mile," said  Ty R. Taylor, president and CEO. "Also adding a community room that will be open free of charge to local non-profits and civic groups will provide a wonderful resource for the community. We expect a seamless move to our new office early next year with no interruption of service, and that the move will have an overall positive impact on our customers."
