Claudette Zoch Joins CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc.

Senior Property Manager leads efforts at Brookfield Lakes Corporate Center.

CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc. (CRH) has hired Claudette Zoch as Senior Property Manager. Zoch oversees all facilities at Brookfield Lakes Corporate Center and is responsible for management, administration and accounting, as well as supervising the CRH leasing and maintenance teams, providing internal and external communications, and maximizing tenant retention.

With over 16 years experience in commercial real estate, Zoch comes to CRH from Inland American Real Estate in Chicago where she handled the daily operation of seven Class “A” retail shopping centers in four states totaling over 1,000,000 square feet. Prior to that, Zoch managed properties for Inland Western REIT in Dallas, Henry S. Miller Commercial and Harry B. Lucas Company.
