New Leasing Director/Assistant Property Manager joins Brookfield Lakes team.
Kris Welsh has joined CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc. (CRH) as Leasing Director/Assistant Property Manager at the company’s Brookfield Lakes Corporate Park in Brookfield, Wis.
Welsh has over 20 years of commercial, office and residential property experience in the Greater Milwaukee area, including more than 18 years at Inland Companies. She comes to CRH after four years as a property manager with Ogden Companies.

Responsible for new leases and lease renewals, Welsh will work with brokers and the City of Brookfield to facilitate deals and occupancy permits. She will also assist with property management, including working with contractors for build outs
“Kris is experienced in making the right connections and achieving the best outcome for everyone,” said Brookfield Lakes’ Senior Property Manager Claudette Zoch. “She is here to make market rate deals, be fair and flexible and not compete with brokers.”
