CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc. Assumes Management of Brookfield Lakes Corporate Center

Business park owner now oversees property leasing and management.

CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc. (CRH), a full service real estate investment and advisory firm headquartered in Newport Beach, Cal., has taken over management of the Brookfield Lakes Corporate Center in the City of Brookfield, Wis. The company has owned the office park since for the past six years.

“With 13 buildings and 506,000 square feet in the Brookfield Lakes portfolio, it was obvious that an on-site management and leasing team would best serve tenants and brokers,” said CRH Senior Property Manager, Claudette Zoch. “We took over in late 2012 and were fortunate to have a major lease negotiated within 24 hours of assuming our responsibilities here.”

Located on the south side of Bluemound Road, Brookfield Lakes includes a strip retail center with a FedEx Office, Chili's, Jos. A. Banks, Lands' End and Doubletree Hotel. Class “A” office buildings overlook ponds, walking paths and natural landscaping throughout the rest of 158-acre park.

“Our goal is to be the finest property manager, creating a feeling of community and being flexible in today's office property market,” commented Zoch. “We plan to be an active participant in the Brookfield community and the business park through quarterly events and concierge services, some of which have already been implemented. Helping our tenants with employee retention, while maintaining costs, is important to us.”
