Promotion; New Staff at CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc.

Kristin Welsh promoted to Director of Management and Leasing and Tim Szeklinski added as Property Manager for Brookfield Lakes properties.

Brookfield, Wis – CORE Realty Holdings Management, Inc. (CRH) has promoted Kristin Welsh to Director of Management and Leasing at the company’s Brookfield Lakes Corporate Park in Brookfield, Wis. Welsh previously held the position of Leasing Director/Assistant Property Manager.

“Since she began with us six months ago, Kris has proven to be a fantastic asset to our company,” said John Arlotti, VP Commercial Properties at CRH. “She works hard to get deals done and interfaces well with tenants, brokers, construction managers and our internal team. Increasing occupancy in Brookfield Lakes has also resulted in the addition of Tim Szeklinski as Property Manager.

“With over 75% of our 13 buildings in the Brookfield Lakes Corporate Park leased, it is essential to have an on-site manager to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently for our tenants on a day-to-day basis,” noted Arlotti. “Tim’s experience in facility management, fiduciary oversight and construction are an ideal fit for CRH.”

Szeklinski has more than 15 years experience managing multifamily and commercial real estate and was most recently a supervising manager with Northern Management in Brookfield, Wis. His skills also include financial management and budgeting, strategic development, customer relations and human resources management. He is currently a Town of Waterford, Wis. Supervisor, Board Treasurer of the Washington-Caldwell School Board and Corporate Treasurer for the Tichigan Lions Club.
