President: Osama Bin Laden Dead

After nearly 10 years, the man who orchestrated the deadliest attack on U.S. soil has been tracked down and killed, officials say.

Brookfield Patch would be honored to hear the stories of local residents who were touched by the 9-11 attacks. Do you know someone who died that day? Did you or someone you love serve in the military operations in Iraq and Afganistan in the past decade?

Please share your thoughts in the comments section below. And if you are willing to share your stories with Brookfield Patch, contact Editor Lisa Sink at any time via lisa.sink@patch.com or 262-385-9651.

Also, please upload and share your photos here from your Ground Zero visits or other 9-11 remembrances. I have uploaded images from my trip there in January, but I would be more interested to see your images taken closer to 9-11.
