Week in Review: Stormy Week for Waukesha County Clerk, Sunny Ending for Justice David Prosser

The spotlight shifted this week from Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus to local athletes and talented musicians before ending with the Easter Bunny.

The mid-April week started with tornado and thunderstorm warnings and ended with a wintry mix of rain and snow. It was a rocky week for Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus who weathered her own storm from county, state and national Democrats. But the sun shone Friday on incumbent state Supreme Court Justice David Prosser, who pulled out the slimmest of victories over challenger JoAnne Kloppenburg with a winning margin of less than one-half of one percent.
