A look back at the top headlines and more on Brookfield Patch in 2011.

As 2011 comes to a close, Brookfield Patch is looking back at the year's biggest local stories and conversation starters, month by month. Here’s a recap from September:

Linda Braun, now living in Brookfield, was working two blocks from the World Trade Center on 9/11. She wants to forget, but shares her memories.
