Adoptable animals at Elmbrook Humane Society

Adoptable Animals Biscuit, the dog, and Leah, the cat.

Looking for a pup who has a zest for life? Meet Biscuit, an 11 month old, male, Chow Chow/Golden Retriever mix. Action is Biscuit’s middle name. His "LET'S GO!" lifestyle will keep you motivated to get outside and move. This happy boy’s got tons of energy, and just like the sun, he will keep burning and working 24/7. Biscuit can run for miles, chase a ball for hours, and still want to play at the end of the day. He LOVES going for walks every day, and he knows a lot of neat things! He can "sit", "lie down", and take treats from your hand gently. Biscuit’s a great dog, but the staff thinks he would do best in a home without children.

Let us introduce you to Leah, a 3 year old, female, domestic shorthair mix. Leah came to EBHS in February 2013, because her previous owner could not care for her anymore. Shortly after Leah arrived, she went into foster care to monitor my behavior for a few weeks. Leah's foster mom said that she is a was wonderful kitty! At times she can be playful, other times she just wants to curl up in your lap to be pet. Even though she don't have claws, she still likes to use a scratching post! Come in to meet Leah today! Her adoption fee is $25.

For more information on Leah, please visit our website at ww.ebhs.org or call 262-782-9261.
