"The Emotional Life of Teens" Discussion Slated

The Elmbrook Parent Network and Leadership Council presents "The Emotional Life of a Teen: The Trials & Tribulations of Parenting Today’s Teen," Nov. 14, 7 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., in the Brookfield Central Cafeteria.

Clinical psychologist and author Dr. John Duffy will be joined by Laurie Buesing, LPC, of Rogers Memorial Hospital; Cindy Naumczik, LCSW/PSW, City of Brookfield Police Department Social Worker; and Margo Bloomquist, Wisconsin Hills guidance counselor as they lead a discussion that answers the following questions:

What is "normal" for teens?  How do teens cope with stress?  How do I know when a teen’s stress is too high?  Where can my teen and I get help?

Admission is free. Due to the nature of the topic, parents are asked to not bring children or teens. For additional information, email parentnetwork@elmbrookschools.org.
