Yoga, Relaxation & Gong Meditation
As we approach the darkest day of the year, it is the perfect time to go inward & reflect. In what ways would you like to “grow” in the coming seasons? What habits would you like to change? These seeds of change can be planted now, through the contemplative practices of yoga & meditation. We will practice simple techniques to foster reflection, practice gentle yoga to move energy through the body, and experience a deep, meditative peace through the vibration of the gong.
