Tony Becker, a personal trainer at Fitness Together, and Kim Murphy, from Fox 6 WakeUp, discuss the often overlooked importance of nutrition.  When the goal is weight loss, our first instinct is usually to diet, diet, and diet some more. However, when we take food out of our routine and starve the body, this can cause your body to hold on to excess body fat. Our energy level drops. We become weak and lose motivation. Dieting makes losing weight nearly impossible and often ends in frustration and failure.
