Wisconsin needs Pat Roggensack on the Supreme Court

Associated Press guilty of "yellow" journalism in circulating Ann Walsh Bradley's allegations against Judge Prosser.

Pat Roggensack is one of the most honorable and respected jurists in the State with exemplary qualifications as a Justice and record on the bench.

Nicely in time to attempt to smear this eminently qualified Judge’s campaign, another Justice, Ann Walsh Bradley, has once again spewed her story about Judge Prosser’s alleged attempt to choke her, hoping to color Judge Roggansack’s campaign with the same insinuations. But, according to Judge Prosser, this incident did not happen. The incident was not at all as Ms. Bradley described it, according to not only Judge Prosser but by other witnesses present at the time. It just did not happen.

On Thursday, February 14th, the Associated Press circulated an article repeating Ms. Bradley’s allegations, which is an example of “yellow” journalism…described as sensationalized, biased opinion masquerading as objective fact. This urine-colored AP article is another example of the depths that the Associated Press has sunk in its disgraceful attempts to sway voters with sensationalism instead of an objective presentation of fact.
