In an effort to provide community families with a special holiday treat, St. John Vianney Parish, St. Vincent de Paul and Roundy’s Metro Market collaborate every year to donate holiday pies to local families.

This year’s drive marks the tenth consecutive year of SJV’s participation in the program. With over 600 pies donated annually, SJV has contributed thousands of pies over the past decade.

Despite the flagging economy, SJV Parish increased donations this year by a whopping 100% compared to last year, raising $4,332 which translates into 1,083 pies for local families to enjoy on Thanksgiving this year.
