Junior Lancer Cheer Celebrates a Record Winning Season, Including a National Championship!
Junior Lancer Cheerleaders earn their first National Championship Title, and earn a bid to the U.S. Finals!
Junior Lancer Cheer had a record setting season - our season from June 2012 - March 2013, and our athletes participated in the Elm Grove Memorial Day Parade, cheered at Jr Lancer football games, and competed at local, regional and national cheer competitions.
This past season, our program served 36 girls in grades 3 - 8 from Swanson Elementary, Brookfield Elementary, Wisconsin Hills Middle School, St. John Vianney Parish School, and Silver Lake Intermediate School.
Our Blue team (grades 6 - 8) saw great success at competitions this year, including setting JLC history by earning our first Grand Champion title, a National Championship title, and earning a bid to the U.S. Finals in Indianapolis, IN.

###
The goal of Junior Lancer Cheer is to offer Kindergarten - 8th grade girls and boys an athletic, no-cut sport which develops safe and healthy cheerleading skills for the purposes of cheering at Junior Lancer football games, competing in local and regional competitions, participating in community events, and ultimately developing their athletic cheer skills. JLC wishes to provide all athletes the opportunity and option to grow the Brookfield Central Cheerleading squads as they reach high school age.
It is our mission to provide a physically and emotionally safe and disciplined cheerleading program where all involved show respect for one another. We strive to teach our athletes the value of commitment, hard work, integrity, leadership, self-confidence, a positive attitude, and a love for the sport.
While Junior Lancer Cheer is considered the feeder program to Brookfield Central High School Cheer, we are an independent program that is not supported by school fees or property taxes. We are a 100% volunteer run organization.
