Best Western Guest: 'I am Going to Kill People'
Brookfield police responded to the hotel to arrest the person after a call came in about the disturbing behavior.
Shouting "fire" in a crowded theater is never a good idea, and neither is this.
Brookfield police were called to the Best Western Midway Hotel, 1005 S. Moorland Road, at 8:48 p.m. Sept. 23 regarding a person causing a disturbance, according to a Brookfieldnow.com article.
The person was highly intoxicated after drinking in the hotel bar, the article said, and he had been loudly saying, "I am going to kill people." Police arrested the person; the gender, age and residence were removed from police reports.
