A City of Pewaukee woman contacted police in August after Salimes started sending the text messages in April. Law enforcement warned Salimes to stop harassing the woman and the text messages stopped for two days.

The woman told police Salimes continued to send her between 30 and 100 text messages a day – messages that were “unusual at times, hard to understand, and sexually explicit and sometimes intimidating.”

At one point, the woman told police, Salimes left an envelope with $205 in it with a message stating “I’m sorry.”

The young woman was attending an out-of-state college and when she returned home for Christmas break, she contacted police about the “bizarre” messages.

The complaint details dozens of the messages, including Salimes asking if he was “a creepy stalker.”
