Brookfield and Elm Grove Men Caught With Heroin
Charges allege suspects had 16 used syringes in their car as they searched for secluded place in Brookfield to shoot heroin.
Two men are facing drug charges after they were allegedly driving around in Brookfield looking for a place they could shoot up with heroin.
Zachriah M. Napierala, 22, of Elm Grove, and Colten A. Weber, 21, of Brookfield, were each charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court with one count of possession of narcotic drugs and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the criminal complaint, officers pulled over Napierala’s car while the two were stopped at a red light on Gebhardt Road and Calhoun Road, after someone had reported a suspicious vehicle at the entrance of Winston Park Court. When the officer approached the car, Napierala had a syringe cap on his lap and was clutching another object.
