On Jan. 7, 2011, a West Allis police officer spotted a pickup truck driving 41 miles per hour in a 30-mph speed zone in the 9400 block of West Lincoln Avenue. The roads were slick and snowy. The officer determined the speed was too fast for the conditions and pulled over the pickup driven by Bogosian.

The officer smelled alcohol in the truck and spotted a beverage inside. Bogosian said he was at a bar and had drank a whiskey and Coke. He failed several field sobriety tests, was arrested and taken to the hospital for a blood test.

The blood test later revealed both alcohol and cocaine in Bogosian’s blood stream, according to the criminal complaint.

He was previously convicted of OWI twice in 1998, once in 2004 and on March 12.
