Drugs Found at Brookfield High Schools

Marijuana pipes, K2, Vicodin and Percocet pills were found at Brookfield Central and East high schools, police reports say.

Drugs and drug paraphernalia were found at Elmbrook's high schools on three occasions last week, according to police reports.

Dec. 12: A 16-year-old student was caught with a marijuana pipe and some residue of K2, a synthetic cannabis product. He said he was holding it for another boy, 16, but that boy denied it was his. The first boy was warned and the pipe and resin were destroyed.

Tuesday: Police with canine dogs searched lockers and parking lots at both Brookfield Central and Tuesday morning. No drugs were found inside the schools; dogs "hit" on one vehicle in Central's lot and four in East's lot. At Central, one 16-year-old boy received a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia (a marijuana pipe) and was released to his mother. There were no reports of citations from the East vehicles.
