Drunken Man Steals $131 Worth of Meat, Blows Out Tire
Suspect tried to flee from the Pick 'N Save on Capitol Drive but was found on Highway 100 with a tire missing from his car.
A Milwaukee man is facing charges after he allegedly tried to steal $131 worth of meat from Pick ‘N Save while drunk, but hit a curb and blew out a tire while trying to flee the parking lot.
According to the criminal complaint:
Jason D. Clipps, 28, stole a basket of meat on Sept. 8 from , 12735 W. Capitol Dr., and ran to his car in the parking lot, but hit a curb and blew out a tire.

Police found Clipps in his car on the side of Highway 100 north of Capitol Drive with a tire missing from the car. Clipps told the officers, “You got me, you got me,” the complaint alleges.
The officer determined Clipps was driving while under the influence and gave him a citation. Clipps also was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Friday with misdemeanor theft.
