At 3:50 a.m. Thursday, a man living in the 20100 block of Freedom Court got up early to make his family breakfast when he spotted a flash of light coming from the downstairs of the home. At first the man thought it was his neighbor’s headlights, but he then walked into the kitchen and saw Rosin with a flashlight.

He yelled at Rosin, who ran out of the house. The homeowner chased after Rosin and caught up to him after Rosin tried to jump over a bush and fell.
