Father-Daughter Fight Breaks Out at Chuck E. Cheese's

Just about a week after a brawl involving 20 people at the town of Brookfield Chuck E. Cheese, an arrest was made in a family incident at the establishment.

A father and daughter were arrested on Saturday after getting into a fight with each other at Chuck E. Cheese's in the town of Brookfield.

Town of Brookfield police were called to the establishment, 19125 W. Bluemound Rd., at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, according to a press release from the department. Officers then learned the fight was between the father, 39, and his daughter, 20. The two were attending a birthday party of another family member at Chuck E. Cheese's.

The two had been arguing inside the restaurant when the father struck the daughter on the side of her face, cutting her ear, according to the press release. In the parking lot, the argument "escalated."

The 39-year-old man was arrested for domestic related battery and disorderly conduct, according to the release. The 20-year-old was arrested for violating a restraining order against another family member who was present at the birthday party. The daughter was evaluated by town of Brookfield Fire Department paramedics, but refused medical treatment.

Both are being held at the Waukesha County Jail; charges were filed with the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office.

These arrests come roughly a week after a brawl involving 20 people at Chuck E. Cheese's; the establishment has a history of issues across the country.
