General manager at Town of Brookfield Kentucky Fried Chicken denies having sexual contact with an employee, but the DNA evidence says otherwise, according to a criminal complaint.

A Milwaukee man is accused of sexually assaulting an employee while he was the general manager at Kentucky Fried Chicken, 20101 W. Bluemound Road.

Timothy L. Johnson Branch, 38, was charged Thursday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with second-degree sexual assault. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.

A woman who worked at the store told Town of Brookfield police on Feb. 2 that her general manager, Johnson Branch, asked her to talk outside. They went into his vehicle to talk and he drove them to a nearby alley, the complaint states.
