Man Cited for Prowling Outside Brookfield Hooters

The Greenfield man admitted to parking outside Hooters up to four times a week and engaging in indecent conduct in his car.

A Greenfield man with a history of lewd and lacivious and disorderly conduct arrests was cited for prowling outside the , police reports say.

The 27-year-old man was arrested by Greenfield police in 2009 for prowling outside the , 7700 W. Layton Ave., according to the reports.

The manager of the Brookfield Hooters, 17105 W. Blue Mound Road, called police to report a suspicious vehicle could be stalking one of her employees.

According to police reports:

The manager said the red 2000 Honda Civic parks in the adjacent parking lot between 9 and 10 p.m. every night.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on the car about 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, after first finding the car unoccupied in the lot and later watching it drive away.

The Greenfield man admitted to Brookfield police that he had a habit of parking at the Brookfield Hooters, walking to the windows on the restaurant's east side and then walking back to his car to masturbate. He said he had been doing this as often as four times a week since February.

Police cited and banned him from the Hooters, Ballys and the adjacent shopping center.
