Man Accused of Stealing Truck Mirrors in Brookfield, Muskego
Suspect was spotted outside a Muskego Cost Cutters getting out of his Mercedes and taking a mirror off of a truck.
A Milwaukee man is facing charges after he was caught stealing side mirrors off of pickup trucks in Muskego and Brookfield in July.
Kenneth J. Dombrowski, 31, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Friday with one count of theft. If convicted, he faces up to nine months in prison and $10,000 in fines.

A man getting his haircut at Cost Cutters on July 28 saw Dombrowski get out of a Mercedes Benz, steal the side mirror off a truck and drive away. A witness sitting in the parking lot gave police the license plate for the car, which was traced back to Dombrowski.
Police discovered the same theft had occurred that day at Brookfield Square Mall and there also were similar thefts reported in July to police in Milwaukee County.

Police tried to contact Dombrowski to discuss the thefts, but were unsuccessful. He will make his initial appearance in court June 4.
