On May 18, Brookfield police officers were called to a possible underage drinking party in the 1200 block of South Sunnyslope Road. When they arrived, they found eight to 10 people standing in a driveway with a jug of orange juice and a bottle of alcohol. As the officers approached, Quesada and several others ran.

An officer caught Quesada, handcuffed him and told him to stay where he was while the officer went to assist another officer. But when the officer returned, Quesada was gone, and the officer heard someone shouting “(expletive) you police, (expletive) off police, police go (expletive) yourself.”

The officer heard people talking by a nearby window, but he was then called to help get someone who was running away from the home.

The officer later entered the home with permission from the homeowner and found Quesada inside with the handcuffs off. On the ground were three saws and a broken pair of scissors that Quesada used to remove the handcuffs.

He will make his first court appearance Aug. 20.
