Man Arrested for Sexual Assault at Mall

A Minnesota man has been arrested for allegedly touching a girl's buttocks while at Brookfield Square mall.

Brookfield police arrested a Minnesota man after witnesses said he had inappropriately touched an underage girl at Brookfield Square mall.

The 55-year-old man, who had not been charged Monday, was arrested on suspicion of fourth-degree sexual assault Tuesday.

The man approached a group of juveniles standing near a kiosk in the mall and grabbed a 17-year-old New Berlin girl's buttocks about 5 p.m. Tuesday. The group chased the man, who fled into Mitchell's Fish Market where the youth followed him. He then fled back to the mall, where security stopped him.
