On March 19, Brookfield police were called after Straham was driving erratically on Capitol Drive, swerving between lanes. Straham, who had a blood alcohol of 0.14 at the time of the incident, was pulled over and placed under arrest for operating while intoxicated.

While searching the car, police found three unopened cans of Milwaukee’s Best beer, an open bottle of Bud Light and the cocaine, which was in a cigarette pack.

Straham denied knowing the drugs were in the car, saying it and the alcohol were planted there by his cousin named Tim or Jim.
