A Waukesha County sheriff’s deputy on Sept. 27 spotted Ewing driving at least 100 miles per hour on eastbound I-94 through Brookfield and changing lanes erratically. The deputy followed him and eventually pulled him over near 124th Street.
As the deputy was walking up to the car he could smell intoxicants. After taking field sobriety tests, Ewing was placed under arrest for first offense operating while intoxicated.
