Munoz began a sexual relationship with the girl in December and had sex with her on multiple occasions inside his home in the 1600 block of Lookout Lane. The acts were caught on one occasion by his sister and on another occasion by his mother who allegedly came home drunk, walked in on them and walked back out.

While having sex, the victim said Munoz would choke her hard even though she asked him not to do so, and he also wrote “property of Jason” and numerous derogatory comments on her body, according to the criminal complaint.

Police were contacted by the victim and her mother, and inside Munoz’s home they found a stolen city sign, which he modified to read “please drive slowly, we (expletive) our children,” the complaint alleged.

Munoz was being held in Waukesha County Jail on $25,000 bond and a preliminary hearing was set for Feb. 9. He did not yet have an attorney but qualified for a state public defender.
